The rooms are bright and clean with a dining area, a seating area, and ironing facilities. The staff has always been nice and affable. The location is excellent and particularly good, 2 miles from Dedaena Park. Cannot mention that a subway station was minutes away from the hotel...

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a residential area, not far from Avlabari metro station and Holy Trinity Cathedral, a residential area with old houses and the centre. The location was nice and the room was clean. Had tea and goodies at Cafe-Restaurant Saamo, nestled 1 mi of the property;))

The room with a bathroom. I had tea and coffee making equipment, a washing machine, and glassware. The vibe here was QUIET. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. I really enjoyed that the hotel was minutes away from a subway station.

Bright rooms with the balcony, the single bedroom, windows on 2 sides, really great stay! A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location of the hotel, just next door to subway station.

exceptionally nice location so close to the center and quiet atmosphere. the room was big size and complete with ventilation by windows, the balcony, great views.
